What To Expect:

All of our services are offered out of our downtown location. We have two separate secure entrances and four child-friendly rooms, which are monitored by professional well-trained staff. All supervised visits and exchanges are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.

What You Need:

To begin services, all parties must complete an intake for services. Intake packets can be picked up during any of the hours Family Visitation Center is open. However, intakes are done Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The following are required when submitting your intake for services:

• Non-refundable $50 intake fee
• Copy of any court order pertaining to custody and/or visitation
• We accept cash, check, and credit card for payment. (Masterard and Visa only) 

Hours:

Family Visitation Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Cost:

Supervised Visits

• $25.00 per party for the first visit hour per week

Exchanges

• $7.50 per party for families with regularly scheduled exchanges or those enrolled with Our Family Wizard
• $15.00 per party for families who are unable to set up a regular schedule of exchanges and are not enrolled with Our Family Wizard
